It has been quite some time since I have made this but this review is just going to go off of what I wrote in my book:
It's really good, but my fiance and I agree that it needs more angel dust for our taste. I think that this is a accurate recipe of what the restaurant actually serves.
Note: we did not use File powder. It takes a full hour to get the Dark Roux ready so be sure to do that FIRST!
