The egg salad is good, the pickled celery is great. I did not add sugar.

I might try this, I usually put unpicked celery in egg salad. Am I right in thinking coarse dijon means wholegrain?

Wholegrain and coarse mustard is the same, and she's got <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/smitten/2592653059/">a picture of it</a> just in case you want to be really sure. ETA link to picture.
