3 “ Pretty good, but not so amazing that I would make it again.
This was pretty simple to make and fresh tasting. I didn't need to add any cooking water at the end because the consistency of the sauce was fine. I added chopped roasted asparagus to this to make it a more complete meal. It is worth making if you need something quick to make on a weeknight, but it's not going in my regular rotation.
