I found some ground lamb for a really good price and decided to try these for my son and I. My son loves lamb. These burgers were wonderful. They are loaded with flavors from the kalamata olives to the feta cheese. They stayed together well with the addition of both onions and scallions and bread crumbs. The olives and feta helped them stay together as well. The sauce made from Greek yogurt and minced garlic was a perfect accompaniment to this burger. I did eat mine on an onion bun as suggested...
