Although this one was good I didn't enjoy it as much as the BTA mug on page 15. It was very filling though and loaded with flavors, mushrooms, spinach, avocado, tomato, and laughing cow light swiss cheese in addition to liquid egg substitute. Even though I enjoy spinach I think I'd like this one better without it. Be careful though this one takes a larger mug than most of the others I've made.
