3 “ Pretty good, but not so amazing that I would make it again.
This was a satisfying easy weeknight meal, but it didn't knock my socks off. I also took some liberties and changed the way the dish was made to make it easier and give it more flavor. I roasted the asparagus in the oven while the pasta was cooking and then cut and added it to the finished dish. I didn't see the point in roasting the pine nuts in the oven when the same thing could be accomplished in a couple minutes on the stovet... Read more
