Simple technique, quick prep and cooking time, tasty. If I'd purchased peeled and deveined fish, this dinner might have been on the table in about 20 minutes start to finish. Served with jasmine rice. Kind of wish I'd boiled the marinade while the shrimp was roasting since my only complaint about this dish was that I wanted a little more sauce for both shrimp and rice. Served with Chinese Restaurant-Style Sauteed Green Beans from FC Feb/Mar 2008 (separately reviewed).
