The only reason I didn't give this one five stars is that son in law said he liked my version of chicken pot pie better and hubby wouldn't even taste of it. Daughter and I loved it. I used the Coriander and orange roasted chicken recipe on page 148 as suggested in the recipe. Daughter and I liked the carrots and peas for the veggies in this one.
