Very delicious - the addition of the rosewater really made it great. We didn't have strawberries, so we used frozen raspberries and sour cherries from a jar. I added only two tablespoons of icing, and a little more rosewater than required. I didn't sieve the fruit puree - it's not a problem if you don't, but it's a lot more elegant if you do. And I didn't swirl the fruit puree and the puree-yoghurt-mix in the bowl but just filled both in layers into the glasses.
