I have several recipes for this dish but chose Delia's because it has no raisins (which I don't like in savoury dishes). I wasn't quite sure what to expect, and it turned out to be what I can best describe as an old-school British curry in frittata form. I rather liked it and will probably make it again, taking advice from some of the other versions and adding the egg and milk topping later in the cooking time - this version added it at the start and it sank in and browned rather than forming...
