I thought these were quite good and the cheese sauce much easier to make than expected. I did use the option of Parmesan instead of Gruyère since I had it on hand and didn’t want to make a trip to the store just to get another cheese. I’m sure they’d be just as delicious with Gruyère and next time I have some on hand I’ll try them that way too.
