I only made two parts of the three parts this was composed of - I served omelette instead of fish with the tomato and spinach. This was a pretty good combination too, and I could see it working with meat instead as well.
The vegetables were quite easy and quite tasty, if unspectacular. Good weekday fare.
I did find the recipe made too much tomato sauce. What do you need a litre of sauce for if you only need to "pour some sauce over the fish"? On the other hand, it made too little spina... Read more
