This was a great chili recipe that even hubby who isn't a big chili lover enjoyed. I served it with cornbread but son ate it with cheese and crackers. I omitted the celery since neither hub or son enjoys celery and I didn't really think it'd be that good of an addition to chili either. Son also doesn't care for sweet green peppers so I only used the sweet red bell pepper.
