Marla's Maple Pork

Pork and Maple are so good together and this recipe is no different. I normally don't follow savory recipes to the letter but since I was having company I did. The results were perfect.
I added the remaining juices to a small pan and reduced and served alongside as a sauce, it was delicious. If you are counting calories these recipes are great as the looneyspoons provide details on each recipe. The leftovers made for a good sandwich!
