A very simple recipe, but the result was great, moist chicken meat with a very crisp skin. We didn't do the gravy as the chicken had produced a lot of fat we didn't want to end up in the gravy, but we didn't miss it either. We also added just a tiny bit of ground cumin and chilli - not enough to make it notice, but just enough to add some extra oomph.
Served with Beetroot with Yoghurt, an excellent combination.
