I have been wanting to try this one since I first got this book but tomatoes weren't in season at the time. I finally got some great heirloom tomatoes at our local Farmer's Market and was so happy to use some of the small variety's in this wonderful salad. I wasn't able to find just argula in the supermarket I visited today so I got a bag of mixed spring greens that contained argula.
