My lamb didnt cook properly but ill blaim that on me rather than him. I used a griddle pan to cook the lamb and i just ended up with the sauce separating on the lamb. IT still tasted good but it didnt look very pretty at all. The leftover sauce was tastey on a baked potato the next day, just like he suggested.
