This such a great idea so I don't know why I haven't done it before. Since daughter was visiting I made both ground turkey and ground beef. I cooked some rice, warmed some black beans, shredded cheese and lettuce and put out warmed tortillas, sour cream and salsa. and we built our burritos however we wanted. Instead of adding a half cup of water to the ground meat, taco seasoning and drained diced tomatoes I just used the drained juice from the tomatoes. I think it gave them an extra boost of f...
