This made a good meal out of one and a half eggs; the cauliflower and spices worked well though in future I might be tempted to compromise the vegetarian aspect by adding a couple of chopped anchovy fillets. I would probably also omit the bicarbonate of soda as I'm not convinced that it had any significant effect on the texture.
