A Belgian recipe for potato stuffed with prawns. I microwaved my potato (rather than boiling it as per the recipe), then cut off a lid, hollowed it out and finished it off under a medium grill, but it could all just be done in the oven. The author's suggestion of using the potato removed from the skin to thicken the sauce is a good one.
