3 1/2 - a very dependable salad, and an excellent side dish. The key is to just barely cook the corn (1 minute of boiling), and add a bit more to the dressing. I typically add more salt, and also minced cilantro. I think avocado or red bell pepper would also be an excellent addition. If your corn is super-sweet, this salad gives a nice contrast of flavors and textures. I've made it several times this summer, and its been a modest hit. Even teenagers will eat a second helping.
