This Italian cheesecake is a mix of ricotta and chocolate (or sour cherry jam) baked inside a delicious pie crust! It isn't too sweet, and it isn't too fussy. I would definitely make again, and it's certainly lighter (and more novel) then New York Cheesecake.

of course I have the e-book edition and have no idea what the actual page number for this recipe is! But it is the last recipe in the book.
