This is a great dish for a quick weeknight meal...you need to put it together the day before, (easy enough!) and let sit overnite in the fridge or freeze it for a later date. Use you own spaghetti sauce, or a good one bought in the store. I browned the chicken tenders first in some butter and then put them in the shells.
