Even though I only had a couple tablespoons of walnuts instead of the 1/4 cup called for this was quiet good. Pretty much your standard chicken salad with the delicious addition of apples. The dressing is light and delicious as well. It's sweetened with a touch of honey and has a nice tangy flavor from the Dijon and vinegar. A little parsley perks up the color and flavor.
