We had a little cooler weather right after fall started and I decided to make this since we love beef stroganoff. It was delicious. I cut my roast up the night before and put it in a zip lock bag. The next day when I got home from work I added some flour and seasonings to the bag and shook to coat as suggested and finished up the recipe and let it cook while I did some other things.
