This was a spectacular dish! The miso-tahini sauce alone is worthy of a "5", and served on the roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli was perfect. I replaced the rice with quinoa. Everyone loved it and the teenage boy came back for seconds.

Double the sauce, you will want to use it on everything.

Finally got around to trying this one out, and it got a big thumbs up at my house. Simple and very tasty. In addition to the sweet potato and broccoli, I also threw in some baby bok choy for the last 5 minutes of roasting.

Q-S is right -- the miso dressing is pretty awesome and we really liked it with the roasted sweet potatoes.
