used this dish as an appetizer but would be a beautiful small dinner, or lunch as well as a side. My own rendition of the flatbreads could use some work, but the mushrooms were stellar. The sauce was velvety and the mushrooms remained plump and meaty; barley giving a break and a lighter chewiness to each bite. Gorgeous!
