These were fantastic. I saw Ree make these on her show recently and knew I had to make them for our Christmas Eve Appetizers. I was a little sceptical about the brown sugar ones but they were my favorite. I enjoyed the Parmesan ones as well. Easy to make and then the wait begins since they take 2 hours in a 250 degree F oven. They're great warm but still quiet wonderful at room temperature. The leftovers were great the next day while preparing our Christmas supper.
