This is one good cake--the orange flavor is subtle, the streusel topping has great texture and is not overly sweet, and the yogurt gives the cake/tea bread a lovely moistness. It's a 4 rather than a 5 because the directions are a bit off. He suggests an 8" x 4" loaf pan. I used a larger loaf pan and had enough batter left to make two plump little mini loaves.
