I love this recipe . It is easy to make stays several days and can be mixed with strawberries, pomegranate seeds etc.

This was very good. I did use a strawberry Greek yogurt since that's what I had and topped it with the chopped strawberries as suggested. I omitted the toasted almonds. It makes a great filling snack or a nice breakfast.
