This was excellent. I couldn't find a 4 to 5 pound chuck roast so I bought two smaller ones to add to a little over 5 pounds. We loved the burritos and I'll post the review of the 2nd meal BBQ Beef after this one since it's a separate recipe using up the other of the beef. Christy gives you two options of how to cook either in a slow cooker or Dutch and I chose my cast iron Dutch oven.
