Pretty good stuff. I made a half recipe for two.

  • Used linguine since there was not enough fettuccine or tagliatelle in the house and I didn't have time to make any.
  • Used all the crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Used only about 1tbl of the butter; less would have been ok. A bit rich with the cream and butter, but nice comfort food.
