Perfect Pound Cake

I needed a cake to take to work for a bake sale to help raise money for one of our employees who is on a medical leave. I decided to try this recipe, since we needed something we could slice at home and put into individual zip baggies to sell at break and lunch. This cake tastes heavenly. I made mine with seven up. I only had one problem, for some reason the crust of the cake stayed in the pan. The cake was still whole, just pale. All the brown stayed in the pan. I sprayed with cooking spray just like I do with all my cakes and I've never had this happen before. The cake was still pretty just a pale color. Tasted great though.
