These turned out perfectly the first time. It is crazy how thin they turn out. I used my non-stick sheet pans and they worked fabulously. Where the kale touched the surface they turned out mirror thin. I ground up my sea salt before dusting just a little on top. The flavor of the kale is really intensified. My husband and I loved them, but the teenager did not. I understand we will be getting a lot of kale from our CSA and look forward to more prepared like this.

Love these chips. This is my family's favorite way to eat kale. I do go a bit light-handed on the oil recommendation though.

I don't normally love the taste of kale, but these were so good, I'd choose them over potato chips if offered.

My middle son won a trail race this week and was awarded a large bag of kale as a prize. Not knowing what to do with kale, I turned to the one recipe I had heard about over and over on the internet - kale chips.

My son, however, who won the kale (seriously, who wins kale???) rather likes the kale chips and my youngest son, who likes very little, thought the kale chip...

LOL!! He's the only one who likes the kale chips and he's a very picky eater. If I had to eat these chips I swear I'd throw the race.

Yea, I tried a different Kale Chip recipe and also hated them. I brought them in to work, and a couple people loved them, the rest were .... polite. Why my sister loved this recipe I will never know.

I think I tore the kale leaves into pieces that were too small, the kale was older than what was on the site, or something. 20 minutes was way too long. I took the first batch out at 16 minutes and they were still overdone. I took the second batch out at 12 minutes and that was about right. After all that, they were just okay.
