This was OK. Not very special, but not difficult to make (or needing weird ingredients) either.
I was out of sesame seeds so I used tahini instead.
He's a bit unclear about the amount of olive oil needed - is it four times the amount of lemon juice, or the amount of orange juice and lemon juice together? I went for the first option, as it makes a load of dressing already that way.
