Nice, easy pasta dish. I made a half recipe using frozen cooked shrimp.
Tagliolini looks to be "round" tagliatelle, whatever that might mean. I used my fettuccine cutter and rolled to 5, so they were thickish noodles. A nice chewy shape to go with the zuke and shrimpers.
Simply flavored with an interested combination of minced garlic and ginger.
Would be fast if you used store-bought pasta.
