I've made this one many times as the recipe is written. I realized I hadn't made it in awhile and decided I wanted it for supper tonight. I didn't have any beef gravy on hand so I made my own using some beef stock. I then added a can of mushrooms to it. My hubby said it was delicious. Sometimes I use just the egg white as suggested in the recipe and sometimes I use the whole egg. One thing I do like about this recipe is that it gives the nutritional information.
