Easy Supersmoothie

Made me feel like a rabbit with dental issues.

I'm not quite sure what they intended me to do with the ingredients - all I had was an equation of the ingredients added up, resulting in 'delish!'. This under an article that discusses all the ins and outs of juices, smoothies and smuices. In any case it seemed to me that spinach, banana, avocado and coconut water looked like good ingredients for pureeing, so that's what I did. Unfortunately, the result had the consistency of what you always think the consistency of a pond with duckweed would be like - only that in the latter case, duckweed only covers the surface and does not fill the whole pond.
