My son and I love the Chiles rellenos we get at a local Mexican restaurant so I knew when I saw this recipe I had to try it. My daughter checked this one out at the Library for me. Son and I though quiet good but it tasted like it needed something. He added some cheddar in addition to the Pepper Jack cheese to his as well as some sour cream and said it helped.
