Tasted good and was pretty substantial - in fact although the recipe suggests an accompaniment of mashed potato (which I regarded as giving me carte blanche to replace it with a moderate-sized potato roasted in wedges) I think the chorizo and breadcrumb crust makes additional starch unnecessary. There was quite a lot of the crust mixture and from past experience with similar recipes I suspected I wouldn't be able to get it to sit neatly on top if I put the fish on a baking tray, so instead I us...
