I have recently been successful in making Artisan baguettes but often they require almost a whole day to make. I hoped that this recipe would give me a faster bread occasionally. The recipe promises a loaf of bread in about 2 hours and that is what you get. Basically you need 11 oz of bread flour, 2 oz of whole wheat flour, 1 tbs honey and 2 1/4 tbs instant yeast plus lots of very warm water.
