Beautifully balanced combination of orange and chocolate flavours with a lovely moist texture. I was able to cut the cooking/prep time down dramatically by using my Tefal pressure cooker to boil the oranges (15 mins of cooking rather than 2 hours of boiling!). The cake also works as a dessert served warm with some good quality vanilla ice cream.
