Delicious, albeit a tad on the oil-rich side. For me the fun was exploring the frozen fresh noodles at the asian market. I of course modified the recipe = I added some red bell pepper and fresh ginger. Teenagers were very happy to have me actually cook dinner for a change. Probably took an hour, with all the chopping, but quite do-able in a make-shift kitchen.
