In my quest to try as many tomato pies and tarts as possible each summer I decided I had to try this one I saw on our local PBS show called Flavor NC. I didn't make the crust from the recipe, I used a store bought one instead. I used three varieties of heirloom tomatoes I got at our local open air market. My family enjoyed this one.
