I used the linked recipe for its salad dressing - we prepared a simple orang and avocado salad (but missing the greens and red onion). The dressing was very simple- cilantro lime and orange juice, a bit of garlic, and salt and pepper. With no oil it was really light and allowed the flavor of the avocado to really shine.

Another recipe possible with no kitchen.
