I love trying new tomato pies and tarts during the summer. When I saw Natalie Dupree post about being a judge at a tomato pie contest and shared this recipe I knew I had to try it. Son and I enjoyed it very much. Instead of a pie crust this one uses homemade biscuits. You roll your biscuits thin and bake them and then put them in the pie or baking dish and top with everything else. Very good!
