Grandma's Sourdough Biscuits

Basic sourdough biscuit. Great way to use up your "discard" starter. My dough was a bit sticky (maybe my starter is a little wetter than most??), so I gently kneaded a bit more in. Update from 3 to 4 stars: Made again 7/30 and they came out much better! Easier to handle and improved oven lift. Not sure if my starter has improved or if I did something wrong the first time around. Regardless, I'm so glad I gave this another try!
