Pretty good. I followed the recommendation of making mini meatloafs. I froze a bunch of them so when I need a quick meal I can defrost 1 or 2 (I'm a single mom) and cook in the toaster oven. The sauce is a bit on the sweet side, but was still good. Next time I'll use a little less sugar or maybe add some tomato paste.
