These are delicious! I make them like cinnamon rolls and I think they cook better that way (page 213 has instructions for rolling out cinnamon rolls). I also make a different icing for the top. I add some cream cheese, a couple spoons of orange juice concentrate, and then just enough sugar to sweeten a bit.
