This is another one I've made many times. We love it and it's so simple to make. Loads of flavor. I sometimes add water chestnuts for crunch and bamboo shoots. Even my picky hubby who doesn't care that much for chicken loves this one and I've also used shrimp instead of chicken for a delightful change. Both versions are delicious.
